SHIPPING

  • International Shipping!

    At last I now can send you nice things outside of the UK! Everything will shipped tracked to ensure your parcel gets to you safe and sound and in the event of breakage/lost parcels I can resolve quickly which cheaper postage wont cover. As much as I want to, I cannot offer a cheaper alternative. These are just what the Royal Mail service charge. This does not cover import tax on your items so please be aware of this if you pay this in your country. If you feel you have been overcharged shipping please do contact me with an order number and I will look into it for you! If you cannot find the country you live in to ship then please email me and I will try my best to add it!

  • What service do you provide (UK)?

    All items are shipped via Royal Mail. all ceramics/hats/scarfs and boxed goods will be shipped Royal Mail signed for to ensure they get to you safe and sound. This is the only way we can claim conpensation if in the event the item gets lost or damaged during transit so sadly I cannot offer a cheaper alternative at this time.

  • What about sustainability?

    I care very much about this planet we all live on and try my best to do my bit. I am phasing out all single use plastics and tape. All of my packaging is either biodegradable or from a sustainable source. To further add to this I am happy for people to collect pieces of work to cut down on postage fees, especially on big pieces of work (only available in the South West of England, UK). Please email me prior if you want to arrange this.

  • Missed Parcel /My parcel got sent back to you?

    Please check you’re shipping address when ordering. I cannot be held responsible for missed delivery. In the event that you’re package has been sent back to me due to the wrong address or unsuccessful delivery, you will unfortunately have to pay for postage again for re-delivery. Please send me a email and I will do the very best I can to accommodate you :)

  • I Think my parcel might be lost :’-(

    Its annoying I know but dont worry, send me a email and I will work it out for you. I will always make sure you get what you ordered even if its been lost. I Got ya ;-)

  • Why is shipping so expensive!

    I hear you, I myself begrudge charging for shipping. The cost of shipping includes the materials and postage. If you feel like you have been overcharged then please do send me a email and I will do my best to accommodate you! for transparency here is the latest cost for postage via the Royal Mail here

PRODUCTS

  • All I see is sold out? what’s that all about!?

    Being a one person ceramic making machine, i can only make a certain amount of work at a time. Once its gone, its gone.

  • What about prints?

    I make editions of around 50-100. once they are sold i will never make them again unless its a variant of the same print.

  • My ceramic looks a little different than in the picture.

    I make every piece by hand and every single piece is unique and slightly different. Please be aware of this when buying ceramics.

 

RETURNS

  • I ordered the wrong size / wont fit

    All orders are final, so please read measurements which will be on all listed in the product descriptions. Please do email me and I will help as much as I can. If an exchange is agreed, you’re responsible for the extra shipping fees.

  • My ceramic piece arrived broken :*(

    Send me an email and order number and I will do my best to help you out.
